Our onsite kayak and paddle board rentals are perfect for guests who want to hit the river before the crowds, stay out past 5 PM, when other businesses require rental equipment returned for the day, or for guests who want to sleep in and not have to rush to beat the crowds to other rental businesses. You can reserve your kayak or paddle board from the guest portal sent in your welcome message or by contacting the property manager, 352-421-8892.

Kayaks and paddle boards are $40 per vessel/per day. They come with a paddle and life vest. Kayaks also include a trolley. Life vests do not have to be worn but they must be on the vessel while on the river. Water sheriffs are known to stop paddlers and issue citations or warnings for not having life vests on the vessels.

All renters and riders must complete and return a signed liability waiver before renting. When renting from us, guests will use the lanyards from their bungalows walk their vessel 2 minutes to the KP Hole Park boat ramp and enter the river ANY TIME.

Kayaks are rated for 225 pounds. They come with a trolley attached to the bottom to make walking 2 minutes to the KP Hole Park easy. When you're ready to enter the water simply lift the kayak, the trolley will slide out, then flip the trolley upside down on top of the kayak and put in the holes. Or bungee it to the back of the kayak.

Paddle Boards are rated for 300 pounds. They weigh less than 20 pounds and are relatively easy to carry to the KP Hole Park. They come already inflated but there is also a pump on site for your use, if needed. Paddle Boards should be filled to 12-15 PSI.

Lost, unreturned or damaged vessels or equipment are subject to replacement cost and will be charged to the card on file. immediately upon discovery.

Rentals do NOT include transportation back to the bungalows if you float the entire river down stream to the "Tuber's Exit" located at Blue Run Park.
